Keith Steele

President

Keith’s career began in 1987 as a touring hand. Over the last three decades, he has worked in nearly every facet of the industry imaginable, from touring, to venue owner (The Penguin Pub,) to a residence as house engineer at Nelson Ledges, and even as a hardware store owner, leaving him with broad knowledge of the realities of production needs. Keith founded ProShow in 2015 with the support of decades’ worth of friends and industry contacts and a desire to serve the greater Cleveland music community. Keith’s spare time is spent enjoying the company of his mother, sister, and nephews and assisting on the family homestead, as well as dreaming about his next opportunity to head to Vegas.

Justin Taylor

Audio Technician, Office Manager

He/Him

Justin began his career in production in 2014 through a chance meeting with Keith and an internship offered on a whim. In the years since, he has built a knowledge of modern platforms and is constantly seeking to push equipment further and reshape the entire approach to system design to allow the true capabilities of digital to shine. Justin’s philosophy is to try to always find a way to make the next show better than the last and views limitations as opportunities to find new ways to raise the bar. Justin is a level 1 certified Smaart operator and an Allen & Heath certified DLive engineer.

Don Hornig

Audio & Repair Technician

He/Him

Don joined ProShow in 2021 backed by a twenty-year career on the road with bands such as Danzig, Saxon, Type O Negative, and currently, monitor engineer for the Hollywood Undead. Don also brings a wealth of service experience to ProShow thanks to his four years as an Electro-Voice factory service technician along with the rigors of maintaining gear on the road. Don enjoys working on classic equipment, but also relishes the chance to open up modern gear and expand his knowledge as well as repair capability.

Matthew Losch

Video & Audio Technician

He/Him

Matt comes to ProShow backed by a career that has taken him through festivals from Coachella to The Gathering of The Juggalos. A true renaissance technician, Matt is equally comfortable getting his hands dirty with the routine details of building staging and performing vehicle maintenance as he is at an audio console, but his favorite role is video technician. Matt is an in-demand video busker and an expert in video routing, projector deployment, and video wall operation and maintenance. In his spare time, Matt enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and working on his SRT4 and 3000GT VR4.
